Fly the lesson
No app to fumble with in the cockpit. Your aircraft's existing ADS-B Out transponder is the only equipment involved — students and CFIs just fly.
Fleet Ops · Safety · Training
AeroTrack IQ reads your fleet's ADS-B from the ground — nothing in the cockpit, nothing for anyone to remember — and turns every flight into a scored ACS debrief, a documented safety record, and an automatic logbook. Complete oversight, not just the flights someone thought to record.
No panel mods. No cables. No cockpit app. If your aircraft has ADS-B Out, you're ready — with ForeFlight uploads as a cross-country backup.

How it works
No app to fumble with in the cockpit. Your aircraft's existing ADS-B Out transponder is the only equipment involved — students and CFIs just fly.
A receiver at your field streams position, altitude, and speed for your fleet in real time — with ForeFlight track uploads as a fallback for cross-countries.
By the time you're back at the desk the flight is analyzed — a mapped, scored timeline to debrief, a safety flag if the approach was unstable, and air time and landings already logged. Nothing to enter by hand.

3D approach replay
Every approach is rebuilt as a 3.0° “highway in the sky” — a green on-slope corridor flanked by caution and localizer rails, with the flown track colored the moment it drifts high, low, or off centerline. It's the difference between telling a student they were high and showing them.

PrivateScoreboard & ACS progress
Scores map directly to each student's assigned ACS. Track progress flight over flight, compare instructors on consistency, and spot who's ready — and who needs another lesson on stabilized approaches — without opening a single logbook.
Features
Takeoffs, touch-and-goes, full-stop landings, steep turns, S-turns, and turns around a point — detected from the track itself, no tagging required.
Altitude and rollout tolerances graded against each student's assigned Private or Commercial ACS standard — snapshotted per flight, so changing a standard never rewrites old grades.
Descent rate, centerline deviation, and glidepath are checked on every approach. Unstable approaches are flagged as critical — honestly, from the data ADS-B can actually support.
Every graded approach reads the crosswind and gust spread from the field's historical METAR and earns a conditions credit — a windy-day landing isn't judged against a calm-day one. The raw score is always kept alongside it.
A fleet-wide feed of every flagged approach, with a workflow to review, debrief, retrain, and close each one — an audit trail your insurer will want to see.
Draw the noise-sensitive areas around your field and set a ceiling. Flights that cross below it are flagged automatically — with the offending altitude and a bell alert — so you can protect the community relationships that keep your airport open.
Air time, day and night landings, and cross-country flags computed from the track. Reconcile Hobbs readings for billing and export a ForeFlight-ready CSV.
Hours, landings, and days flown tracked across the whole fleet. A running Hobbs estimate on each tail keeps 100-hour, annual, transponder, and ELT intervals in view — aircraft that come due are badged, and grounded ones raise an alert.
Satellite, VFR sectional, and dark basemaps with the path colored by vertical state — plus a 3D flight-path and approach view. Click any event to jump to that segment.
Safety & insurance
A list of exceedances your school knew about is a liability. The same list, each one caught, audited, and closed out — with who did it and when — is a safety culture. AeroTrack IQ flags every unstable approach across your fleet and walks it through a remediation workflow with a full audit trail.
At renewal, hand your broker the numbers: every flagged approach reviewed and retrained, most within 48 hours — an exhibit that argues for a better premium instead of against you.
Honest by design: flags come only from what ground ADS-B can support — approach stability, glidepath, and centerline. No inaccurate claims a CFI wouldn't trust.
