The Service is intended solely for post-flight review, training, and record-keeping on the ground. It is not designed, certified, or authorized for use in the operation, navigation, or control of any aircraft, for air-traffic separation, or for any real-time or in-flight purpose. Do not use the Service, or any data it produces, for any decision made in flight or affecting the safety of flight.

AeroTrack IQ is not approved, certified, or endorsed by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) or any other aviation authority. It is not a Technical Standard Order (TSO) device, not an approved source of navigation or surveillance data, and not a substitute for certified aircraft instruments, avionics, official aeronautical charts, NOTAMs, weather briefings, or air traffic control instructions. Nothing in the Service should be construed as aeronautical, legal, or safety advice.

The pilot in command is directly responsible for, and is the final authority as to, the operation of the aircraft, consistent with 14 CFR § 91.3 and all applicable regulations. Certificated flight instructors remain fully responsible for the conduct and safety of instruction. The Service does not replace, reduce, or alter those responsibilities in any way.

Flight data used by the Service is derived from third-party sources, including ADS-B signals received from the ground and tracks uploaded from applications such as ForeFlight. This data may be delayed, interrupted, degraded, incomplete, or inaccurate due to signal coverage, receiver limitations, equipment, weather, terrain, or other factors outside our control. Positions, altitudes, speeds, and timing are approximations and should not be treated as precise or authoritative.

Maneuver detection, ACS-referenced scoring, stabilized-approach flags, and similar outputs are generated by automated algorithms. They are advisory and illustrative only. They may miss events that occurred, may indicate events that did not occur, and may not reflect the full context of a flight. A passing score or the absence of a safety flag does not mean a flight was conducted safely or in compliance with any standard. These outputs are not a certification of proficiency, airworthiness, or safety, and must always be reviewed and interpreted by a qualified instructor or pilot.

Automatically generated logbook entries, flight times, and utilization figures are provided for convenience and may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are not an official or authoritative record. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of your logbook and records and for compliance with all recordkeeping requirements, including 14 CFR § 61.51. Verify every entry independently before relying on it for any certificate, rating, currency, endorsement, or other purpose.

The Service is a training aid and does not prevent, detect, or reduce the risk of any accident, incident, violation, or unsafe condition. Aviation is inherently risky. Reliance on the Service does not make any flight or training activity safe, and AeroTrack IQ LLC makes no representation or warranty that use of the Service will improve safety or outcomes.

You assume all risk arising from your use of the Service and any reliance on it. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and AeroTrack IQ LLC's warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability set out in the Terms of Service apply fully to these Aviation Disclaimers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AeroTrack IQ LLC is not liable for any injury, death, property damage, or other loss arising from the operation of an aircraft or from any use of or reliance on the Service.
